Anthony Jackson
Anthony Darnell Jackson, AJ, is a seasoned performer and educator whose career spans ballet, opera, musical theatre, and commercial dance. His formal dance training began at Bre Dance Studio under the direction of Clifford Breland, laying the foundation for a dynamic and expressive movement style that would carry him across stages worldwide. He has appeared with American Ballet Theatre at Segerstrom Hall, performed in The Glory of Christmas for 14 seasons, and graced venues including the Hollywood Bowl and LA Opera.
Anthony’s teaching journey is rooted in decades of professional experience. He has taught at Southern California conservatories, universities, studios, and academies, and served as Artistic Director of Inland Dance Academy for 2.5 years. His approach blends technical rigor with emotional depth, empowering students of all backgrounds to discover their voice through movement.
Victoria Lockhart
Victoria began her dance training at the age of 5 at Inland School of Performing Arts in San Bernardino, California, studying ballet, jazz, tap, modern, flamenco and Hawaiian dance forms under the direction of Glenda Lane.
At Inland School of Performing Arts Victoria also trained with Vicki Bails-Leth, Aisha Francis and performed extensively with Inland’s performing troupe. Victoria continued her dance training at Bre Dance Studio in Riverside, California under the direction of Clifford Breland and Denise Ji-Ahnté.
Victoria became a member of Bre’s Performing Ensembles and has performed and competed in numerous prestigious competitions and performances such as, the Japan American Theatre in Los Angeles, CA., the University of California, Riverside and California State University San Bernardino. Victoria has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre with an emphasis in Dance at California State University San Bernardino. Victoria is also a member and choreographer of San Bernardino’s University Dance Company.
Vanessa Chavez
With a lifelong passion for dance, Vanessa began my training at the age of 2 at Dance Dimensions Performing Arts Center and continued at Bre Dance Studio from the age of 12. She is formally trained in Ballet and Lyrical and has four years of competitive dance experience. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in Business Administration at the University of California, Riverside, and wishes to continue her passion for dance and uplift the next generation. As a children’s ballet instructor, Vanessa’s goal is to create a strong technical foundation for young dancers, fostering both their growth and love for the art form in a supportive environment.
