Anthony Jackson

Anthony Darnell Jackson, AJ, is a seasoned performer and educator whose career spans ballet, opera, musical theatre, and commercial dance. His formal dance training began at Bre Dance Studio under the direction of Clifford Breland, laying the foundation for a dynamic and expressive movement style that would carry him across stages worldwide. He has appeared with American Ballet Theatre at Segerstrom Hall, performed in The Glory of Christmas for 14 seasons, and graced venues including the Hollywood Bowl and LA Opera.

Anthony’s teaching journey is rooted in decades of professional experience. He has taught at Southern California conservatories, universities, studios, and academies, and served as Artistic Director of Inland Dance Academy for 2.5 years. His approach blends technical rigor with emotional depth, empowering students of all backgrounds to discover their voice through movement.

Victoria Lockhart

Victoria began her dance training at the age of 5 at Inland School of Performing Arts in San Bernardino, California, studying ballet, jazz, tap, modern, flamenco and Hawaiian dance forms under the direction of Glenda Lane.

At Inland School of Performing Arts Victoria also trained with Vicki Bails-Leth, Aisha Francis and performed extensively with Inland’s performing troupe.  Victoria continued her dance training at Bre Dance Studio in Riverside, California under the direction of Clifford Breland and Denise Ji-Ahnté.

Victoria became a member of Bre’s Performing Ensembles and has performed and competed in numerous prestigious competitions and performances such as, the Japan American Theatre in Los Angeles, CA., the University of California, Riverside and California State University San Bernardino. Victoria has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre with an emphasis in Dance at California State University San Bernardino. Victoria is also a member and choreographer of San Bernardino’s  University Dance Company.

Zae Vibez

Choreographer and dancer Isaiah Matthews, a.k.a., Zae Vibez, has been dancing and exploring artistic movements since before Isaiah could remember.  Isaiah grew up performing at church and school.  After high school, Isaiah chose to pursue a professional dance career.  Training at multiple dance studios like Playground LA, Offstage by GRV, Snowglobe Perspective and Millennium Dance Complex,  Isaiah’s style of hip-hop derives from the cultural dance foundations with a touch of professional technique.  Focusing on teaching dancers how to bring out their star qualities by building confidence, clarity, expression through movement.

Ro Cervantes

From a very young age, Ro has been artistically inclined, learning to play instruments and receiving vocal and acting training. Additionally, Ro began training at a Ballet & Modern dance conservatory, and also in a competition dance studio.

Ro has had the pleasure of working with and being trained by prodigies of Broadway, as well as the fields of commercial and concert dance, including Andrew Palermo (Wicked), Nikki Snelson (Legally Blonde), Dante Puleio (Artistic Director of Limón Dance Company), Lar Lubovitch (UC Irvine), Dr. Wray (Embodiology Theory), Lisa Donmall-Reeve (Producer, Fosse and Matt Mattox Technique Veteran, West End Productions, Broadway
Productions), and many more!

Ro received his BA in Education Sciences with an emphasis in psychology, and a BA in Dance with an emphasis in Choreography. After years of performing professionally and at the collegiate level, Ro continues his passion for dance in other ways. For the past 12 years, Ro has been educating and choreographing for competition studios, high school dance teams, community colleges, conservatories, entertainment productions, and private projects.

Vanessa Chavez

With a lifelong passion for dance, Vanessa began my training at the age of 2 at Dance Dimensions Performing Arts Center and continued at Bre Dance Studio from the age of 12. She is formally trained in Ballet and Lyrical and has four years of competitive dance experience. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in Business Administration at the University of California, Riverside, and wishes to continue her passion for dance and uplift the next generation. As a children’s ballet instructor, Vanessa’s goal is to create a strong technical foundation for young dancers, fostering both their growth and love for the art form in a supportive environment.

Sarah Simpson

Sarah Simpson joined Bre Dance Studio in 2021 as a shy student with no previous dance experience. After a transformative year in Bre’s Adult Beginning Jazz class, she was invited to join the Adult Jazz Team and has since performed at several public events and competitions. She has also performed in Bre’s annual holiday recital as a member of the Adult Beginning Ballet class. In 2024 Sarah became certified as a HIGH Fitness instructor so that she could bring this high-energy, dance-party style of group fitness to the studio for all ages to enjoy.
